What I love about fitness isn’t just moving iron or counting macros, it’s the science behind it: hypertrophy, mobility, recovery, biomechanics, and everything in between. Whether you want to dissect the mechanics of a lift or chat about the latest study, I’m all in. Training with me is more than coaching, it’s a collaborative journey.

My Journey
From Engineer to Trainer.
The spark that changed everything:
Graduating with a degree in Chemical Engineering in 2010 felt meaningful, but something still didn’t sit right. That moment arrived during a humble question by a campfire: If money didn’t exist, what would you do?
I realized engineering wasn’t my passion, I belonged in the gym. I had been working out since high school, clocking thousands of hours in training. So, I drew a line: I’d pursue what lights me up.
Trained consistently since 1999
Began job-shadowing at 360 Fitness in 2015
Earned my ACE-PT in 2016 and began training professionally in Red Deer
Moved to Calgary, joined Repsol Sport Centre early 2018
Served as Interim Fitness Manager in 2019
Returned to one-on-one training in 2020
Today, I run my own business and coach at Wolves Den Hub (West Island College)
This path wasn’t linear, it was purposeful, driven by genuine passion.
